Basically I said that I did not give him permission to bill me or to use my account details, I never agreed to any TOS or Privacy Agreement so technically he can’t bill me because I never agreed to be his client.
And thier nice reply:
Daniel,
First off, and no disrespect, we dont need your permission to merge one
company into another, thats between the two companys,i will close your account down, but the information will still remain in
our system, as all accounts remain on file incase we need to refer back
to themIll close your account now, which will stop any ivoices from being
generated, but you will still recieve emails when they are mass sentCheers

To lead to my reply:
Hi Dan,
First off, and no disrespect, I don’t think you understood my email very
well; I do not want to receive anything from you, zip, nadda, nothing at
all. Please confirm on your end that this WILL happen!Kind Regards,

To their reply:
Our systems keep all clients in our system, and massmails still send mail
to closed accountswe cant terminate your client account at this stage
Kind Regard’s

My Reply:
Hi Daniel,

I think by this time their getting a little frustrated:
As i have told you previously, we keep all client accounts on our system,
just that your account will be marked as closed, we dont delete them from
our system, because they are still on our system, when we send out
“MASSMAIL” emails, all clients in the database get emailed, we cant select
or deselect clients or active or inactive clients for this,If you like, set a mail rule on your email client to delete emails from
us, this is the best option i have for you to take
And so we come to the end of the line, I have blocked all his server IP’s from accessing this box that my site sits on, I don’t think he fully understood the Network Administrator tag. I don’t want people like this sending crap to my mail server, they’re not even a real company! He thinks he doesn’t need an ABN or ACN to trade and do business in Australia. Sure enough you can just use a TFN (tax file number) however he is trading as Multitude3 so either a trading name or business name will need to be registered wich he hasn’t. There are a few things I could do to keep him from trading in Australia.
1. Register Multitute3 Pty Ltd
2. Lodge Complaint about this whois information and backorder his domains
3. Register the .com.au as it’s inactive
4. Lodge a complaint with the ATO for tax evasion.
This is me just saying STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MULTITUDE3.
I would just like to point out that they were wrong in saying that they cant select
or deselect clients when in fact they can.
They could have set your account to inactive or closed like they said they did and just filter the email so that it would only send to the active clients.

http://wiki.whmcs.com/Messages/Emails#Mass_Mail
Notice where it says:
By default the email type is General and so you can only filter on the client status criteria.
I rest my case
.
Also, I don’t much like their site. The buttons where you have to hover of to get to something are a bit annoying. I prefer to click the actual button, not have to hover over it then over something else. Maybe its just me.
The information pages are also a little unattractive, they look more like a google search page to me hehe.

Wow, all this host seems to-do is provoke trouble.
Perhaps he should read the data protection act of 1998 prior to contradicting a client.
