Obscurity Mod v2.95a Released
A few more hackers banned, as well as:
-Allowed and fixed downward phasing
-Increased speed and reduced downtime of phasing
-Limited cooking on Incendiary grenades, now maximum 10 seconds
-Fixed the inability to sprint or jump after being crippled with battle hardened
-Reduced RPG ammo to 3
-Changed hurricane physics
-Added moving hurricanes (it will slowly move to where ever you are aiming for its duration)
-Reduced Obscurity running physics push
